This was by far your favorite recipe. Everyone's favorite party dip made into a casserole that you can actually eat for dinner! And justify it! Oh yeah.

2. Fresh Pumpkin Risotto
Risotto made from a fresh pumpkin, white grape juice, and chicken broth. This was a yummy seasonal recipe and a different use for pumpkin than just pumpkin pie.

Another great risotto recipe using sweet brown rice. A creamy chicken dish that had my family going back for seconds.

4. Spices–Chili Peppers, Thyme
Okay, this isn't really a recipe, but it was one of our most highest-veiwed posts. We did a series of posts on the health benefits of spices, and chili powder and thyme has been the most popular.
We didn't make enough of this refreshing summer drink. I wanted more. And I want some right now.

Practically a staple at my (Britney's) house, we make this at a couple of times a month. It's easy, delicious, and we always make extra for leftovers.

I'm proud to say my (Cherie's) son thought that these were store bought. That's not something to brag about for most foods, but for whole grain spinach tortillas--that's a triumph.

A creamy dessert with an almond crust. And a blackberry filling. It was delicious.
