Pineapple Apricot Pork Chops in a Crock Pot

This was another easy crock pot meal. That was great for the crowd I fed on Sunday. The apricot and pineapple was very subtle.
This was the finished product. It was a yummy meal. The meat was very tender, and there were no left overs.

I placed the pork chops in with the spice and the apricots.

I then added a can of pineapple tidbits on top. It was ready to cook.

Ingredients (you can cut down the recipe I was feeding 11)

12 tenderloin pork chops (already thawed)
1 to 1 1/2 C apricot puree or preserves
1 can pineapple tidbits
1 T garlic
1 T salt
2 tsp fresh marjoram
2 T honey (If you use preserves you don't need this)
1 tsp pepper
2 T poultry seasoning
1 T Dry Mustard
Directions:

1. Turn crock pot on to high. Place pork chops in the crock pot. Dump the remaining ingredients on top. Place lid on top.

It cooked about 4 hours and was perfect. I used the sauce for brown rice and barley. I added a tsp of Ultra Gel you could use flour too. To thicken it up a little. It was wonderful. We also poured some on top of the pork chop too. We had a green salad and mixed vegetables too. This is a great meal, and easy too !
