Wonderful Herb Spread

I hadn't made cream cheese for a while. Here is how you make it if you are interested. I love the creaminess of homemade cream cheese. It is so wonderful. I made a tasty herb spread out of it yesterday. This spread could be used on crackers, vegetables, baked potato, and french bread. There are others ways too, but that's a start. I ate some again today. It was even better than yesterday. It tastes so fresh. I hope you enjoy it too.

Ingredients:

1/2 C cream cheese store bought or homemade
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp fresh marjoram or 1/2 tsp dried
1 tsp fresh oregano or 1/2 tsp dried
1 tsp fresh thyme or 1/2 tsp dried
1/4 tsp garlic powder
3 green onions chopped up small pieces
salt and pepper to taste

Directions.:

1. Stir cream cheese till soft. Then add all the wonderful herbs, onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

2. Letting it chill for 30 min is good to enhance the flavor, but not essential. Serve your favorite way. :)
