1 C almond milk
1 C frozen chopped strawberries
1/3 C yogurt plain Greek
1 frozen banana
1/2 C ice cubes
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp honey
1/4 C old fashioned oatmeal (optional)
Directions (Serves 1 to 2)
1. Pour all the ingredients into the blender. Blend until nice and creamy. Serve at once.
