Egg Vegetable Pizza

Last night it sounded really good to have eggs and vegetables for dinner. This is what I came up with.  It was wonderful to have the vegetables keep their bright colors. We ate it all, with just the 3 of us. It is nice to eat so many vegetables in just one dish. I will be making this again soon. You can come up with your favorite mixture of vegetables, or what you have on hand. Have a great weekend. Loving this time of year. I left my windows open all day yesterday. :)

1. Beat eggs, milk, spices, pepper and salt. Fold in the rest  of the ingredients with a wire whisk. You can sprinkle more bacon on top if desired.
