This picture makes me smile. It looks like two eyes looking at you. I recently have been eating grapefruit and loving it. I love that it is a great price in the stores right now too. :) When I eat it, It leaves me with a really satisfied feeling. I eat it with nothing on it too. When you get the Ruby Red version it doesn't need anything on it. :) I know not everyone likes them. It is worth a try to try them again, tastes can change. It was really insightful to learn some nutrition information about them too. I thought I would share some of the things I have learned.

Some Possible Health Benefits:

lHelpful information when eating it:

You need to eat the walls between the sections to get all the fiber from it. Half a grapefruit can have (6) grams of fiber. Apple (5), Orange (7), Banana (4). You can eat it like an orange. The fiber is not in the juice. The juice is good as well, you just don't get the fiber and bulk benefits. I think they taste better cold.
