Oh, I love Barbecue sauce on foods. In the past couple years I have really enjoyed making homemade instead of store bought, they taste sooo much better to me. This recipe is no exception. I Loved it! My family did as well. They went back for seconds. That is a really good sign. =) I liked the spices in it. I will be making this again soon. It would be great on pork too.
Ingredients:
2 T Honey
1 T Paprika
1 T Chili Powder
1 1/2 tsp ground Cumin
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 C Ketchup
1/4 C Cider Vinegar
2 T Molasses
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 T Liquid Smoke
2 1/2-3 lbs uncooked chicken
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together in a bowl.
3. Grease 13x9 inch pan. Place chicken in the pan and pour on sauce. Make sure it is all covered.
4. Cover the pan with foil. Place in the oven. Bake about 30 min. Check for doneness
5. Then uncover the pan and place back in until completely cooked. It should be about 15-20 min longer.
I served it with this dish .
It was a yummy meal! =)

I made this tonight. I liked it but thought it would taste sweeter with honey and molasses. I thought it was very chili tasting. We still enjoyed it and even had it with brown rice, although it was instant brown rice - not quite as good as your rice.
