Picante Chicken
We went over to my In-laws last night for dinner. It is always a treat. ;) She made this wonderful chicken. We all loved. It had such a great flavor and was really moist. I thought it would be fun to pass the recipe a long. She served it with wild rice. The excess sauce would taste great on the rice. You can double the recipe for a larger crowd.
Ingredients:
4 skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 C picanta
3 T brown sugar
1 T Dijon mustard or regular
Serve with 3 C of rice of your choice
Directions:
1.Mix sugar, sauce, and mustard. Place chicken in a shallow pan and pour the sauce on top. Bake at 400 for 20-25 min. Or until till done. Fast, Easy, and Yummy!
