I am Cherie, wife and mother of 7, I am passionate about creating healthy foods for my family by using whole grains, sugar substitutes, and fresh fruits and vegetables. I usually alter good recipes that I have found—mixed grains instead of white flour, honey instead of sugar, etc. For some of my less familiar ingredients, I try to provide substitues.
I'm Britney, mother of 3, and I like to help my mom cook. My mom is always coming up with these fabulous, healthy creations, but she doesn't often record her recipes--hence why we started a blog. Plus, if I help her with the recipes, I get to eat the products! I have one picky little boy who will always eat his Grandma's whole grains.
