Easter Egg Nests (Eatable)

Super fun eatable place setting decorations. They are quick to make too. I always think it is fun to come up with new ways to decorate the table. : ) Happy Easter!

Ingredients:  makes about 20 cups

2 C chocolate chips or you could use white or butterscotch chips
1 T coconut oil
2 T peanut butter optional
12 oz pkg of chow mein noodles
Easter muffin cups
mini Easter eggs or  mini jelly beans

Directions:

1. Pour chips in to microwave bowl. Cook on med heat  for 2 min., stirring every 30 seconds.

2. Stir in coconut oil and peanut butter add the chow mein and stir still covered.

3. Spoon a spoonful of noodles into the cup and form into nests with back of spoon, or fingers. 

4. Place some Easter eggs on the nests and put in the refrigerator till hardened.

6. You can use for cute place settings.
