Italian Cherry Ice (Low sugar)


 I love cherries this time of year. Yum!



 Cherry season is here and it makes me really happy. I love cherries. It is wonderful when you buy a bag of them and they are perfect sweetness and nice and firm. There are many health benefits to them too which is another bonus. Here are some of the benefits.

I thought it would be fun to make my own Italian Cherry Ice without all the additives. It was refreshing and delicious. I hope you enjoy it too.


 Ingredients

2 C Ice Cubes
40 cherries washed and pitted
2 T chia
1 T honey Or sweetener of choice (it may be sweet enough with out it)

Directions   serves 2-3

1. Pour all the ingredients into a high powered blender starting with the ice, and blend until smooth.
2. Serves into cups and enjoy!
