So my brother in law last weekend got a banana cream shake that he loved. It made me start dreaming about how I could make a healthy version of that. Here is what I came up. It was creamy and dreamy. My son who claims he hates coconut even liked it. (I think the texture of the coconut is what bothers him the most.) I love bananas. No added sugar and dairy free too.
This is a wonderful refreshing drink you will love, and so easy to make.
2 frozen bananas chopped up
1/2 can of coconut milk full fat (chilled if you have time)
1 tsp vanilla
1. Pour all the ingredients into the blender and blend until creamy and dreamy.
(If the milk separates when you chill make sure you get the solid pieces and a little liquid.)
